We increased enrollment from 1.2 million to over 4 million subscribers in less than three years, the program showcased impressive growth. This success was driven by comprehensive rebranding efforts, relevant and impactful messaging, and significant improvements in UX/UI design. Enhanced onboarding processes, along with updated printed in-box collateral and packaging, further bolstered the customer experience. These changes expanded HP Instant Ink’s reach from just 3 countries and 2 languages to an impressive 32 countries in 26 languages, making it a truly global success.
